We are customers too

We don't put in your grub what we wouldn't want in ours. That's why Zero Gravity Grub is a no-go zone for artificial flavours, vegetable shortening and palm oil. We also don't love things that are too sweet, so expect balanced flavours from us. Our chocolate is the real deal, made with only milk and cocoa butter as fat sources. Our fillings? Milk-based for a creamier taste. And our cookies use a lot more dark brown sugar than white for its richer flavour. Most of our brownies even skip white sugar entirely! After months of perfecting our recipes, we've created products that are totally out-of-this-world delicious.

Allergens are serious

All our products contain wheat (gluten), milk, egg and soya (basically every chocolate in the world has soya lecithin in it, it's a natural emulsifier to keep the emulsion stable). There are tables on this page listing other allergens present in each product. We promise we do our best to prevent cross-contamination. However, because we handle allergens such as nuts and peanuts in our workspace, and also use ingredients produced in factories that handle other allergens, such as sesame seeds, gelatin and sulphites, all our products may contain traces of any of these allergens too. Therefore, if you have any severe allergy, we strongly advise against consuming our products.
